Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Plaslove Teknoloji Limiteld Şirketi (“Company”) in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data.

  • The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not adversely affected.

Where explicit consent is required by law, a separate Consent Form will be presented, and your consent will be obtained.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained:

  • For the periods stipulated by applicable legislation, and
  • Only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the KVKK,
  • Request notification of such correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to any result arising against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

8. Entry into Force

This Privacy Notice becomes effective as of the date it is published on our website.
